We want to convey the essence of artisanal cuisine at our restaurant in Gamla Väster, Malmö.
If you are seeking quality throughout, regardless of the size of your party,

A small, cozy restaurant with an open kitchen, where you can actually book a table 
at the chef's table. 

We offer a relaxed environment with food cooked from scratch, where 
flexibility and customer service are our watchwords.
As a customer, you have a wide range of choices with us and can choose either a 3-course menu or the kitchen menu, which contains a total of 9 different dishes. 
It is also possible to order dishes individually, but we naturally prefer that you choose one of our menus.   

At Karl-Mikael, we focus on sourcing the best ingredients 
and refining them for our guests. 
We also provide a high level of service to ensure the best possible experience 
here at Karl-Mikael. 
In addition, we have extensive experience in food and wine pairings. 
We offer both wine packages and an extensive wine list. 
  
Our beverage selection consists mainly of wines from small and medium-sized producers who focus on quality.
We travel around Europe and visit the wineries we work with. 
This is a great source of inspiration that we are happy to share with our guests.    
We also have a small selection of local beers. We have created a Belgian blonde in collaboration with a local brewery. We vary our selection depending on demand. 
Non-alcoholic alternatives are available. 

To make your experience the best it can be, we have invested in air conditioning, which allows us to maintain a comfortable temperature in the dining room, regardless of the weather.
